SMITH® 4031LXH03-NS Finished Floor Cleanout With TWIS-TO-FLOOR® Adjustable Top and Carpet Clamping Frame, Round, Iron

This labor saving cleanout uses our Twis-to-Floor® adjustment technology to level the top with adjacent surfaces after the floor is poured and floor coverings are installed. It is constructed of Duco-coated cast iron with a secured 5-3/4 in dia. Nickel bronze top for finished floors bearing foot and medium load wheeled traffic. Pro-tip never under estimate the importance of aesthetics to your client. Our cleanouts allow you to exchange our factory covers with scoriated tile or terrazzo covers. Concrete pours are not a precise science. Once the surface is dry, you often find your cleanouts need adjusting a fraction lower here, a fraction higher over there. Our Twis-to-Floor® cleanouts allow you to make that adjustment with a simple twist.
